The Zoning Bylaw Committee will be conducting a public presentation and forum regarding the zoning bylaw changes being brought forward at the June 3 Town Meeting. It will be a live and Zoom presentation, Monday, May 13, 2024 at 6:30 PM at Wilcutt Commons. Zoom info on Town website under agendas and ZBC page.

The articles being brought forward are: 1) Cohasset’s implementation of the MBTA Communities law, 2) Reorganization of the bylaw’s structure, 3) consolidation of zoning districts on 3A, the Harbor and impacting the smaller village areas, 4) amendments to the parking bylaw, 5) implementation of a border zoning area where the Harbor and Village meet residential districts.
